Sizing and fit
What sizes do the socks come in?
Our EasyFit socks are one size fits most, designed to fit US 6–13 and accommodate calves up to 45cm circumference. They have gentle stretch to 60cm for larger calves.
What sizes do compression socks come in?
Compression socks come in Women's and Men's sizing. Women's: Small (US 5–7), Medium (US 7.5–9.5), Large (US 10–14). Men's: Small (US 3.5–5.5), Medium (US 6–8), Large (US 9–13).
What sizes do the Neos shoes come in?
The Veos Neos comes in EU 36–43. See our size chart for conversion guidance.
What sizes do the Grip Slides come in?
Grip Slides are available in US sizing from 3–4 up to 15–16. They fit true to size — if between sizes, size down.

Are the socks suitable for diabetic or sensitive feet?
Yes. All EasyFit socks use a seamless toe and non-binding top to minimise friction and pressure, making them suitable for diabetic, neuropathic and sensitive feet.
What is the difference between diabetic socks and compression socks?
Diabetic socks focus on a gentle, non-binding fit and seamless construction to protect sensitive feet. Compression socks add 15–20mmHg of graduated pressure to support circulation and reduce swelling.
Do the socks have grip?
Our EasyFit Grip Socks and Compression Grip Socks have a GripTech silicon sole for traction on smooth floors. Plain-sole versions of both are also available.
Can I use the Cloudthotic Innersoles in my own shoes?
Yes. They are trim-to-fit and designed to slip into most everyday shoes, trainers and work footwear. Simply remove the existing insole and replace.
Can the Neos shoe fit custom orthotics?
Yes. The Neos has a deep, wide fit designed to accommodate custom orthotics and prescribed foot devices.
Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Metro Australia: 2–5 business days. Regional: 3–7 business days. Remote: 5–10 business days. Orders are dispatched from Adelaide within 1–2 business days of payment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $80.
Can I return or exchange if something doesn't fit?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original unused condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Wholesale and bulk orders
Are bulk purchase options available for clinics or aged care facilities?

Can NDIS or Home Care Package funds be used?
Many customers have used NDIS and Home Care Package funds to purchase Veos products. We can issue invoices for self-managed and plan-managed participants. See our NDIS and Aged Care page for details.
