Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Faulty Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your delivery for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Sizing: If the product doesn’t fit as expected, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

How to Return Your Item
All returns are conducted online. Follow these steps:

Log In to Your Veos Account: Visit our website and log in to your account.

Initiate a Return: Go to the “Orders” section, select the item you wish to return, and follow the prompts to generate a return request.

Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print it out and attach it to the package.

Ship the Item: Drop off the package at your nearest courier location.
Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges: For sizing issues, we will ship the replacement item once the original product has been returned and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Final sale or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
