Veos Shipping Policy

At Veos, we’re committed to delivering your favorite shoes straight to your doorstep quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship anywhere within Australia.
  • International Shipping: Veos ships to select countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed during checkout, feel free to contact us at hello@veos.com.au Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

2. Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Options and Rates

  • We offer the following shipping methods:
Domestic Shipping: Prices available on checkout
International Shipping: Prices available on checkout
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Free Shipping

  • Domestic Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $300
  • International Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on international orders over $500

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for expedited or international orders.

9. Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay duties/taxes, or unclaimed delivery:
  • Domestic Orders: We can reship the order to an updated address, but additional shipping fees may apply.
  • International Orders: Reshipping may incur additional international shipping charges.
