Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $80.

Orders under $80 incur a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

Metro areas

2 to 5 business days

Regional areas

3 to 7 business days

Remote areas

5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder first, then email us with your order number.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us at hello@veos.com.au.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your Australian order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at hello@veos.com.au with your order number and we will investigate straight away.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@veos.com.au. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it.
